Activating the license requires the same credentials you used for https://my.pluggable.io (while placing the order). If you have forgotten the password, please go to https://my.pluggable.io and click on the Lost Password button to reset your password.

After you click on the button it will direct you to another page. There you need to provide your purchase email and click on the Get New Password.

After that, you’ll get an email regarding password reset to your inbox. In case, you don’t find it there please check your spam folder as well. For further help, feel free to reach out to our support. We’d be happy to assist you with this.
