If you are facing any issue with activating the license of CoDesigner/ ThumbPress/Share Logins/WC Affiliate. Please follow the below steps:

 

1. Log in to https://my.pluggable.io and click on the Customer Dashboard  option.

2.  Then, go to the Manage tab, here you will find an option called Manage Sites. All of your licenses will appear on that page. Click on the Manage Sites button to deactivate a site from the license.

 

 

3. From this page, you need to deactivate your site associated with the license. Click on the Deactivate Site.

4. After you deactivate the license, put your site URL to the box showing below and click on the blue Add Site button.

5. Now, navigate to your new website’s CoDesigner/ ThumbPress/Share Logins/ WC Affiliate/ CoSchool  License tab and then deactivate it.
Note: For WC Affilite, Go to your site dashboard WC Affiliate >> Settings >> License page.

6. Reactivate the site license by clicking the Activate button. You will be asked to connect with Pluggable using your account credentials. After logging in successfully the license will be activated.
